Speeding ticket points carry from LA to FL?
I'm from Florida and got a ticket going through Louisiana. I've read that Louisiana doesn't have a statewide "points system" for speeding tickets, so going to traffic school to remove points is useless.
Is this true, and if so, in what way will it get back to my FL record? (i'm sure it will somehow)

Either contact the courts where your ticket came from or the local DMV. You should also find out if this ticket will be reported to your insurance. If so find out if you can take a traffic school class to avoid your rates from going up.
