What kind of stamp to send a letter from Canada to USA?
Can I put 2 canadian stamps on it or do I need a special USA stamp?

Assuming you're sending a standard size letter. A standard size letter no more than 30g in weight costs $0.96 to be posted from Canada to USA.
A typical standard Canadian letter stamp is $0.52 therefore if you use 2, that would have total value of $1.04. This value is more than the accepted rate, so it is allowed. The only thing is you're overpaying by $0.08, that's all.
For standard letters at other weights, check the link below to get the correct corresponding rates. It doesn't matter how many stamps you use really, just make sure the value of the stamps you use add up to at least equal the required rate for your letter to USA.
