I'm sorry to hear that. It really does suck to feel that empty, sick feeling. I know what you mean. You should probably think hard about it before you move away. You might work things out. Think about whether or not you really want to.

Distance! The more the better. Stop all contact.
That feeling may last years, or never go away. Or if you replace her it may go away quickly.
If you are emotionally attached/connected to her, you will suffer. I know that from experience.
