Please correct my japanese (part 3)...?

This time I'm trying to say, "France have had laws regarding the use of foreign words since 1911."

1911年からフランスが外国単語の使用について法律があります。

    You translated almost perfect but I will correct a little - the word order and a couple particles to make it .

    フランスは1911年から外国語の使用についての法律があります。

    You don't have to change the order but this makes more clear of the subject France.

    When you use ga particle after フランス、you are comparing to other country or countries.

    ついての instead of ついて

    日本語 instead of 日本単語
