Question on flash video?

Hi. I asked this a few days ago, but nobody responded, so I'm asking again-including a picture.

So, I'm trying to put a flash video on a web site, but when I get it on there, there's white lines on the bottom and top of the video:

If anyone knows how to remove them, I will choose you as best answer. Thank you!

    The DIV into which you are placing the video has a fixed size that is too tall.

    * Reduce the height of the div to be the height of the video.

    * Remove any padding on the DIV.

    * In the embed tag, change the value of color2 to be 0x000000
