What can we do about Israel-Palestine war? We want it stop but how?

People are killed and dying there. Woman and children are killed. If there is someone to blame, why kill all the others?

Aren't they are human too? Or is it they are the human that deserve to be killed?

What a weak intellect AK is turning into.

If you wake a sleeping bear with a sharp stick and get what the average man expects... a slap on the head, don't blame the bear.

God. Do we have to put up with the slow thinkers forever?

This is not a war of religion, it is a war over land and oppression. The Israel people have been occupying Palestinian land and have been oppressing the Palistinians socially, economically and physically. They have land-locked the Palistians built walls cutting Palistians off from jobs, farms, and choked off their commerce, including fuel, food, water. Cutting off supplies is community wide punishment, and wrong.

    Just one example

Jewish settlement growth continued on Palistian land despite the US Road Map, under which Israel is required to freeze settlement activity. At the time, Israel was still building 500 homes in West Bank settlements and had issued permits for 750 homes in East Jerusalem settlements. Reports suggest another 1,400 homes were to be built in two settlements in East Jerusalem and in the West Bank.

The Israeli government defends the continued settlement construction... as part of the reality of life and this is something that was explained …”

In other areas of Palestinan settlement, Israel was in control of permit process and of hundreds of requests for building permits, approved 7%, and if Palestians built without permit, demolished their homes. (borders were not clearly defined, thus unfortunate for the homeowner)

Not all the cases of demolition involved homes. In January 2008, Israeli forces uprooted 3,200 trees, destroyed water cisterns and stone terraces in fields near Beit Ula, close to Hebron, in the southern West Bank. Again this was in area C. The civil administration said the demolition was an “enforcement activity” carried out after legal warnings.

But in this case the target was a €64,000 (£51,000) project from the European commission which began two years ago to provide a livelihood for the villagers, several of whom also put their own money into the planting.

“It was a tragedy for us,” said Sami al-Adam, 46, a farmer who had put in 45,000 shekels. “They’re tearing me out by my roots. They want to destroy Palestinian farmers psychologically and economically.”

There is plenty of blame on both sides, but the one with the greatest power has the greatest responsibility.

There needs to be an honest, fair broker for peace. Previous attempts almost were finalized, but often the clincher is what to do with Palistinian refugees.

What is awful about this is the Palistians civilians not permitted to flee the territory, and are being bombed in a fishbowl.

Let's say a Hamas militant comes to your neighborhood and surrounds himself with women and children and begins to shoot at everyone else. Do you do nothing because any action you take will result in death to the women and children?

If we accept this, then it will encourage anyone with a grievance to do the same.

Israel is daring the world to stop the War. She believes the USA will be her partner in crime and shield her eternally.
