Tim Tebows Ole Miss Speech?
I didnt care about tonights game. I just thought this was hilarious. Why does Tim Tebow get credit for saying AFTER the Ole Miss Loss that nobody would play harder than him. Shouldnt he have been playing his hardest from the beginning of the season? Its stuff like this that most people get called on, but that Tebow somehow gets praised for. Also, he had a pretty average game tonight and clearly is overrated (although still a good player).
Im a Nebraska fan. I dont like OU. I really didnt care about tonights game. I just think that Tebow is the most overrated player in college football. Name one other QB in college football history that was this loved without having an undefeated season. I mean I wont respect him until he wins them all.

It's like a story: it's the turning point in the plot, so that's why it gets so much attention. Think of a movie where the hero makes a huge comment that puts himself on the line, and then he comes through with his big talk. That's what happened with the Florida.
He would've been ridiculed for that speech had they lost tonight.

LOL...I agree with you 1000 percent. They sit and get a hard on over Teabag, like he just won the heisman again. He will never be a good or a solid pro quarterback. He has solid speed, but has no arm accuracy beyond 15 yards. He runs a system that allows him to get away with what little skills he has, but those systems fail in the NFL. Also, I'm sick of hearing..."Oh look at his morals, and upbringing, he's a great human being." He goes on missions. He pushes his religion on people via offering them food. That's a bit arrogant don't you think?

He said what he said because he is the leader of the team and he didn't just run the smack. He talks the talk but he backs it up. That's why he is given credit for that speech and that's why Florida is the national champion.

He said he would play harder than he ever has. People get called on that? I haven't yet seen someone make a speech compared to his and get called out on it.
