Try running this program, it will fix any problems with your network connection that's caused by malware.

    http://www.cexx.org/LSPFix.exe

    See if that helps.

If that works, download any updates for your AV and Spybot, then boot into safe mode and run a scan with both.

ok.. your main problem here are viruses that are detected but just wont go away or being not fixed. and viruses keeps manipulating your computer without your consent. i question your anti virus/spyware product. Second, check your browser if its checked to work OFFLINE.

go to the tools tab of your browser and look for it. if it is checked to work off line, uncheck it and try going online again.

Also, your internet connection icon at the bottom right corner will show if you have connection and the isp connection speed. i'm sure that you have a good connection. but before going online, make sure your anti virus is updated and working.

then update windows,= this might get rid of some viruses.

if you dont have a disk cleaner get the cheapest one .

Maybe your computer have a virus please run anti virus scan specially for spyware. if you found that your computer clean of virus go to control panel, add/remove program to remove the previous install driver that cannot finished. and re install again the driver of the usb wireless . sometimes you cannot uninstall the program that cannot finish installing . I fthis happened type regedit in run click find and type the linksys program that you want to remove then hit enter if you found delete it and press f3 to find again another files. if you still cannot install the driver of the usb linksys try to run and safemode in try to run the setup in safemode
