There are two main reasons for that:
!) Physically: -The main reason for that is any lever infection, or defect,,and that is very popular with the Egyptians, more than 70% have problems with the lever
_ Diet: Fat rich food, do that, even Protein rich food, you have to concrete on vegetable and Fresh, food , Carbohydrates are important for the body starting from giving activity,,,till the mental health and depression (opposite to what a lot think),,, eat several meals but small amounts /day , so your body produces less cortisol, and is not exhausted digesting big amounts..
- Stay away of chemical fertilized food ,pollution,,, your body do lots of work to get rid of their poisons that is why you feel exhausted...
-Sport: less sport causes the muscles to relax,, that gives you those feeling you mentioned
-Smoking: of course that is a big reason for those symptoms
- Ventilation: In winter specially, no fresh air causes those symptoms, heating also does that, it dries your body from inside, as the hot air does that ,, try always to put a plate of water near the heater to humid the air, so the hot dry air does not consume the body humid ( that is very important especially when you go to sleep )
-Diabetes: of course a main reason for that, either high glougoce in the blood, or less gloucose in it,,,so try to have a balanced gloucose,,, which is the food of the brain cells and all the body cells
-Metabolism: problems of the metabolism of the food , deprive the body of the glucose necessary for the cells,, you can increase the metabolism by lots of means (vitamin c is important ),,,sugar is important as it works as the transporter of the fat acids stored in the fat cells to be metabolized,, and also Carnetin
-----
Psychologically:
The main reason for that, is depression, and the lack of targets,, generally when we are depressed we tend to sleep not to face our problems and our depression,,, The lack of aims or targets , or feeling hopeless lead to those symptoms... oblige your self to go out,, invent targets for yourself,,, ( I always recommend doing sport in a GYM so you do sport and meet people,,,, that is even better than sporting at home)
Praying is also good cure, washing to pray, the movement of praying , activate the body,,, and praying it self, as a connection to God reliefs lots of psychological pressure , and gives hope,,, if you really think of what you are saying while praying..
_-----------
@lovely diamond: do you know that taking vitamins 9more than you need) can be also a reason for that, the best way to your body to have vitamins is through food, overtaking vitamins can cause similar symptom,, as your body tries to get rid of the excess vitamins and that exhausts it ,, some vitamins dissolve in the cells (like A. E. K, D) and those can have even toxic effect especially A,, Try bee honey,,, it makes miracles

That's my problem right now. I need to stop that! What do I do? In the past, I force myself to do something even if I don't feel like it i.e. like exercise, or go out with a friend or family member, or just go to a bookstore, etc... then the energy comes after and the happiness that I had pushed myself. So, I'm going to do that right now.

Tell me about it!!
That sounds like the last couple of years of my life, but not these days though (alhamdulelah).
The best thing ever is to go out with friends, go anywhere, walking, sitting on the beach, in a park, listening to music, laughing and having a nice time.
When u are alone, pray, read the holy book, try to find inner peace.
Good Luck and remember..... SMILE ;-)

i certainly do..but i had to be fake about it, and pretend i have all the energy in the world as to not upset those around me, and i still do feel like that a lot of the time, but sometimes i get some sort of boost of energy, i try to do things that make me feel good....like a face mask ! or a spa day for myself ( at home because im not going out and paying 100 dollars for a spa day when i can do it in my bathroom lol ) :P
so yes, i try to be with my friends, go do fun stuff (movie, shopping ( new clothes, every girl loves that )..then..i do feel dull again, but i wait and wait and hope that its going to pass, and like i said, try to do things that will make you feel good about yourself, take away from the complete utter boredom of life that you have to live in !
i definitely feel this way you are not the only one, but it comes and goes as it pleases and i'm waiting for it to be gone for good !! *hug*

I swear this is happening to me to the extent that I felt sthg must be wrong and I put some clothes and went to the pharmacy and told the pharmacist, I need vitamins. I bought a multivitamin and I'm taking it for 2 weeks now. I think there is improvement.
@ Thanks Zoser for your advice. It is very precious.
