Do anyone know where one could attend a sweat lodge near Sacramento, CA?

some of the local tribes often do "cleansing sweats" you could be part of they usually are inviting but you have to find out when and who though. My buddy and I were just talking about making one in my back yard I'll have to let you know. lol

Go to the Sacramento Native American Health Center on J St. Sacramento or call and they can tell you where and when. You can not just attend a Native American sweat you must be invited. So go to a group meeting and ask with respect and you may be invited.
