The company I work for wants us all to buy the same pant's? Is it legal for them to say that to work for us you have to buy Dickies brands pants to work here?

You have the FREEDOM not to work there. The employer has the FREEDOM not to employ you. I have the FREEDOM to think you are insane. None of us has to like what the other decides.

You do what your boss tells you, or find another job. If the company wants Dickies, get Dickies. No big deal, they're cheap and easy to care for. Nothing illegal about having the same uniform.

Yeah its legal. I have been a nurse for years and had to wear scrubs of a certain color or no prints or whatever. The rules change by where you work. Get the dickies and be happy you have a job.

I always thought that if they required your to wear a certain brand the employer had to give you a uniform budget or reimburse you for the cost of the uniform.
