Do you think I can be a good soccer referee?
I'm trying out to be a soccer referee for peers (18-25) at my school. I'm scared that I won't make a good referee. I'm generally not a confident person, and I'm scared I won't be able to handle gray zones or resolve conflicts.

tell them i am the referee i see what is happening and always follow the rule book
