Is Panasonic DMR-EH55 supposed to have a grey screen when it's recording?
We recently got a new DVD recorder. It's a Panasonic DMR-EH55, and this is the first time that I am using it. The screen is grey, and I can see the menu and everything when I ask for it, but cannot see any channels. I can't figure out if the screen is supposed to be grey when it is recording or if it is supposed to show the program that it is recording. Any help on the matter would be greatly GREATLY appreciated.

please go to ch 3 or line 1 or line 2 and find the video feed did you use rca cords or hook coaxs cord to the of you dvd recorder?
