My girlfriend told me she wants me to have abs and muscles. Is this a sign she is not attracted to me?

hah i'm sure she didn't mean it like a "you better get abs or i wont be happy" kind of thing. every girl has their perfect man in their mind, and you probably fit every aspect except the muscles, so she's probably just wanting you to be her imaginary perfect guy. No biggie, every girl is like that
