    Growth pain?

Look in the newest issue of Men's Health magazine. The article was for men or women. It had an article about waking up with sharp legs pain. Its some disease not life threatening or anything, it just said to do a couple of sets of knee bends everyday and a little bit of lower body exercise. It said in most cases in a couple of weeks of exercising it should get better. If it doesn't help though I wouldn't exaggerate it any further, but some things get a little worse before they get better. Check out the magazine

It could be anything.Do you play sports? Maybe you pulled a muscle? If it keeps happening, go to the doctor.

I think it might be growing pain. I had growing pain every week at night since i was 3. It stopped when i was 11.

I went to the doctor for this and she didn't prescribe anything. She just told me it will go away eventually. Tylenol and advil worked for me. If you're over 13, try ibuprofen or however you spell it.

Maybe you did extra walking or running. Maybe without you knowing you strained yourself lifting something. If it is in both legs then I don't think it's something serious. It will be best to go to the doctors and have it checked.
