What are some good Atheist/Philosophical/Anarchy books?

I would suggest looking at the Principia Discordia, which I think fits all three categories. In the same vein, the Book of the Subgenius, Illuminatus!, Angel Tech.

Generic hippies tend to go for things like Herman Hesse's Siddharta, and Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance. Timothy Leary is also a favourite. Hakim Bey is a little more esoteric and confusing.

Orwell was, technically, an Anarchist, and Keep the Aspidistra Flying and Homage to Catalonia show this. 1984, though I'd hope you've read that already. Similar titles include A Handmaiden's Tale, Fahrenheit 451, Brave New World.

Chuck Palahnuik is against popular culture (Fight Club, Choke, Survivor, etc). Also, Jhonen Vasquez's Johnny the Homicidal Maniac, Squee, I Feel Sick. Warren Ellis is another one, especially Transmetropolitan and Doktor Sleepless, though they're both graphic novels. There's also cyberpunk around, Neuromancer and Snowcrash especially.

Older stuff, Jean Jacques Rousseau, Bakunin, Marx, Voltaire's Candide, Jonathon Swift, though they're all quite dry and bereft of hindsight.
