What is a good way to start an exercise routine?
I don't have access to a gym nor do I have the money to pay for it. I'm kinda on my own here. I don't have any gym equipment or hand weights of any kind. I walk to and from work every day which takes about 30 mins each way. I want to get back into eating right and exercising. Any suggestions?

You walk 60 minutes a Day, that's great. You are probably in good shape. You may just need to eat right

Exercising helped me to lose a lot of weight when I joined it along with using acai berry. I know they say that pills will not work, nevertheless they definitely worked for me, and they've been featured on the Rachael Ray Show too.
