For your average person with yogurt from the grocery store... not likely. If someone is extremely lactose intolerant, it could cause diarrhea which then if untreated could lead to dehydration which can actually be quite serious and even lead to death... that would be an extreme though, they would have to keep eating it and not have any water. Anyone with a milk allergy could die due to the allergic reaction from eating it. If it is contaminated with bacteria, it could be deadly due to its complications. So actually yes, people can die... but it's unlikely.

It could be possible. I had a family friend that was older and had Phemonia and ate soft serve Ice cream from DQ, and got an infection and died. Since soft sereve is kept at he higher temp that scoop Ice cream it can harvest some bacteria since it is dairy and kept at a heigher temp. (to keep soft)

If you are referring to being a vegan and eating it, then no.
