Ps3 Home issue-Please Help!!!?

well, I just downloaded the PS3 HOME and everything works fine, but the problem is that when I go to Central Park, it asks me to download it(20.5MB).When I accept it, I get an error(D4512) and says that the connection to the server was lost.But, every thing else is just fine.I get on to PSN without any issue.Is this a problem with my connection or it's a problem on SONY's behalf?

I am using a NETGEAR router if that helps(I am using wifi).

Update:

I am downloading Central Park from HOME itself and there it is giving me the above error.

    well what you can do is go to your place in home and then download Central Park i did this because you can download faster in your home
