If you moved to Florida and set up a permanent household in Florida and no longer have a household in Ohio, your Ohio return will only count the money you earned while you were in Ohio. Since Florida doesn't have a state income tax, you don't have to worry about Florida.

If you use turbo tax, there is an option that will take care of everything. You file for the state of Florida and there will be an option for "did you earn income in any other state" click yes and the program will take care of the rest.
Hope it helps.

If you are considered resident of Ohio, you will report income for the full year.
