This b**ch is crazy. The only reason she cut herself is because she wanted your attention and you gave it to her. End it and end it quick. Write her a letter, do it over the phone, even in person. If that doesnt work tell her your in the CIA and you have to leave the country immidiatly to go to a place where they dont have phones. tell her you will try to write and if she doesnt get the letters it means youve been killed.

My advice to you is to stop seeing her completely. Don't see her. Don't phone her (if you can, change your number so she can't call you). Disappear. If you hang around, she will continue to plague you with guilt trips to be with her. If you disappear, eventually she will give up and go back to her family.

If you don't want to do that, you can try the reverse psychology trick-be with her so much she will get sick of you.
