What is CiceroUIWindFrame?
When I shut my computer down, I seem to always get a message saying this program isn't responding and have to click "Close Now" to shut down. I can't seem to find anything about it on the internet. Is it a virus? I am running anti-virus and spyware programs. Running a search of my computer doesn't show a file by that name or anything close to it. Any help would be appreciated.

This can be seen in post 5...scroll down to see...
CiceroUIWndFrame is part of Office´s Speech and handwriting recognition.
a) Control Panel; Add or Removing Programs;
b) Select Microsoft Office and select CHANGE;
c) Find for "Office Shared Features",expand, pls.
d) Click in "Alternative User Input" and choose "Not Available".
e) Click update.

in >start>run>msconfig in the programs who start with your pc see if there is cicero there, and disable it to start with the pc.
