you never really know...?

how easily and quickly you can increase your fitness, until you find out you have..

i took a fitness test today in gym class (being the end of the sememster) and found that since my last fitness test (which was in september) i can do 15 more pushups and double the amount of situps i could do in a minute. i also have doubled my flexibility and i am running my sprints on friday because class rotates out tomorrow.. this doesnt seem like much, but im a 16yrold sophomore who does not play sports, and barely participates in gym class, but 20 squats, lunges, pushups and mountian climbers, 30 cruches, 4 sets of yoga, 2 sets of sprints a day along with your basic games of volleyball, tennis, archery, basketball, weighttraining, soccer, yoga, pilates, and dance everyday, you can really make a difference in your health...

this isn't a question,just a mere thought... letting you know about my achievment i guess! haha

*these results were also after a few more months of smoking ciggarettes, weed and drinking alchohol...**

so if you don't do the previously stated, your results will be a lot better than mine!
