What gift? I don't know anything about gifts.

They have occasionally had a promotion for people who have received a certain amount of best answers in a given time frame. It isn't redeeming points, but I believe a person had to be level 2 or above to qualify. I got a tote bag, a decal, a keychain and one of those energy efficient light bulbs. I don't think they've ran any of those promotions lately.

I have actually followed some of the advice I asked for among 'the wide range of free gifts' that have been offered and feel I got my money's worth every time. ;)

Actually I have received two, but not lately and not with this account.

When I had over 23,000 points with my other account I got a light bulb,

( florescent ), and a canvas bag from Y/A.

I suppose the light bulb was donated by AlGore.

A year and a half ago, Yahoo! saw fit to send me a tote bag and a fluorescent light bulb. I must be special. :)

Then again, some users received coffee mugs. Guess I'm nothing great after all. :(

Mine hangs on a hook inside my bedroom door. I'd use it in public, but I'm afraid that's like walking around with a big ol' bulls-eye firmly in place.
