Is there such a thing as "good" sugars?
People have told me that fruit and other foods have "good" sugar, there for its good to eat them.

yes, but with all good things its better in moderation. Our bodies need sugar but it prefers the natural kind so yes, eating fruit is good for you, but i wouldnt suggest eating an entire orchard of peaches or grove of oranges :)

There sure is!
If any food has any added sugar/refined sugar (look in ingridients if it says anything about sugar...its a no no)
Fruit, vegetables, whole grains...all have sugars, but they are comlex sugars which are good for you. And of course its good to eat fruit, besides the sugar and energy boost, you get all the vitamins.

Yes fruits contain "good" sugars and it is good to eat them. However, if you are really fat and are trying to lose that fat, it may be best to stay away from fruits until you get your weight under control.
Remember, "eating healthy" and "eating for fat loss" are two different things.

Any naturally occuring sugar ina food can be considered "good". Yes like fruit and milk.
