Is it legal to mail flier's, brochures, business cards?

Hello, i am a make-up artist trying to think of new ways to advertise myself, i was thinking of making a website, but im not really sure how..and then i just thought of making brochures and mailing to studios and yeh any ideas please

    This is completely legal.

    The best way to market your business is to network with other people in the business. Also volunteer to work at events where you can meet people who can give you business. Also, go to seminars and do everything you can to meet other people.

    First of all you need to open a business with a name etc.. Then you need to make business cards. Goto Vistaprint.com
