How can I get the best deal on a mortgage?
I'm in the process of buying a house. Can you recommend any lenders that will provide a good mortgage at a reasonable cost? Are there any red flags I should watch out for or lenders I should avoid?
Thank you for answering my question.

2 AnswersRenting & Real Estate6 years agoWhat is the downside to buying a fixed income annuity?
Tony Robbins describes fixed income annuities as a great investment in his new book. He claims that investors, for a small fee get most of the upside when the stock market goes higher and their money is protected if the stock market goes down. Sounds too good to be true.
4 AnswersInvesting6 years agoI recently purchased a four-plex on August 29th.?
On Sept. 1st, I signed a contract with a property management company. The contract states I will be paid my share of the rent on the tenth of each month. The property management company charges 8% to manage the property. Today, I called and asked when I would be paid and was told that I wouldn't be paid until October 10th. I believe I should have been paid on the tenth of September.
My reasoning is that rent is always pre-paid. I have always pre-paid my rent in every apartment I have lived in.
Who do you believe is correct? The property management company or me?
Thank you for your input.
2 AnswersIndia8 years agoHelp! My new computer keeps crashing.?
I have an Acer laptop that is about two months old.
It worked fine until recently.
It is also giving the following message: "Microsoft Windows: Your computer is low on memory. To restore enough memory for programs to work correctly, save your files and then close or restart all open programs."
I also noticed that Norton-Anit-Virus is now on my computer. This is the first time I have seen this program on my computer.
Thank you for your assistance.

I'm in the process of buying a 4-plex. The property management company that I want to use wants me to sign a one year contract. I would like to sign a month to month or a six month contract.
Can you tell me the length of most property management contracts?
Thank you.

3 AnswersCell Phones & Plans8 years agoWhat happens if my home loan doesn't go through?
I'm in the process of trying to buy my first home.
The building inspector said it had to be treated for termites, which cost $3,200. The realtor went ahead and the home was treated for termites.
My question is if my loan doesn't go through and I can't buy this house, who is responsible for paying for this expense?
Thank you for you answer.
