    there are bad people out there that will look for new for sale by owner postings to rob them. they can just be looking for things to take in their pockets or scope to come rob you later. i would never dare sell a home without a realtor. you allow any trash into your home otherwise.

    You can sell your house by yourself but I wouldn't attempt to close without a lawyer.

    get an actual qualified realtor as u will take long and

    lose more money even after realtor fees.
