How do i find out what firewall i have on my computer that is preventing me from opening my game site? I have Norton but it is expired, so that could not be the cause.

The game is trying to send something to someone on the internet. Are you sure you want it to do that?
If you do:
You could be running Windows Firewall. That would be in Control Panel.
If you're using a router (or if your modem does address translation), it's inherently a firewall, and you have to forward the ports it needs to your computer.
