No
Even when they perform the procedure, there is no way for the doctors to make the man turned woman ovulate and have a period, therefore, without an egg, there can be no baby. They just don't have any impregnating parts either.

No... the changes are only external. A post-op transgender person does not have ovaries, a uterus, or any other part of the female reproductive system beyond the vagina. Additionally, they can no longer produce semen, so they are essentially sterile in terms of male reproduction as well.

Nope, because they were born male. You have to have to be born a female to have a child. Now if that was the other way around, as in a girl who changes her gender to a guy & decides to keep her reproductive organs, then yes she/he can have a child.

Not unless they give you working ovaries, fallopian tubes and uterus to go with the vagina.

No.
The "Man" that gave birth a while back only LOOKED like a man...
He had his breasts removed and had hormonal therapy but kept his vagina.
Once you have the FULL SURGERY, they remove your penis, testes, or ovaries and you are sterilized. PERMANENTLY.

Nope, you need a uterus for that - well and ovaries or donated eggs - and a uterus is unique to biological females.

since this person was a male, then there are no organs to produce and hold a child.

depends on if they were also born with a uterus or not, most transgenders are just born with the outside parts not the internal ones, so i would say no

No, their uterus is either removed or not put in
