First, only you can know your spirit guides name. Try deep meditation, and look up how to speak to spirit guides. That's the whole point of them, for them to communicate with YOU.

Second, yes...you may have had a past life where you had a bad experience you can't let go of but...most people don't have such an overwhelming feeling.You can undergo hypnosis to work out that fear, it's called "past life regression therapy".c

Or...perhaps it's something your subconscious is trying to tell you. Look up in a dream dictionary about Great Whites, and think about what they represent exactly to you. Good luck!

This may sound snarky, but it isn't. Fear of sharks isn't uncommon; I have it too. I've never been near the ocean, so it certainly has nothing to do with anything that's ever happened.

But movies do a good job of making sharks much scarrier than they actually are.

The best way to get over the fear of any animal is to educate yourself. Understand what sharks really are, why they do what they do. Reason is the only way to get over this kind of fear. Great Whites aren't even the scariest shark out there... other species are far more likely to attack humans than Great Whites.

If you have access to an aquarium with a shark tank, go visit. Sit in front of the sharks for a while.. they are incredibly beautiful creatures. No, I wouldn't want to swim with most of them, but they are breathtaking to watch swimming up close (with a nice thick piece of glass between us!)

As for the spirit guides NO ONE can tell you that. It's between you and your guide/s.

Well if you seriously believe in spirit guides you probably opened yourself up to a whole world of demons and spirits. The bible says do not mess with them - how do you know if your talking to a demon or your grandma? You dont, usually its evil, you probably have your fear from your "spirit guide." The best thing to do is rebuke spirits in the name of Jesus.

No, you do not have a past life, no one does. its spelled psychics not phsycics. I have a HUGE COLOSSAL fear of sharks, they just scare me, and I hate them. I have never had a bad experience. Their is no spirit guide, and we can't escape our fears, we can only embrace them.
