I don't know what is more funny- the question or the answers.
What are the benefits? Well, in the US there is essentially no unemployment for physicians. Salaries are still good but are shrinking and will continue to do so. Job satisfaction varies as it does with any job. You will pay for the benefits of the job though. You have to be ok with very delayed gratification, tons of debt, and lots of bureaucracy.
You need to go to college for a BS or BA, some people get master's degrees or even PhD training before medical school. Then you have 4 years of medical school. After that you'll do 3-12years of residency and fellowship.

I should think a good grasp on the English language and some intelligence would be a good start. Doctors earn A LOT of money, but you'd have to go to University for about 5 years to achieve the qualifications to be able to be one.
