does the pad on the neutrogena wave hurt when you use it?

i have it and it doesnt hurt at all. it is actually soft. make sure you wet it. and also, it doesnt lather as much as it does in the commercial, just so u know. BUT, the thing u put the pad on IS rough and does hurt, so dont forget to put the pad on

No, it doesn't. It tingles and i feels like it's exfoliating, but it's supposed to. I'm not a huge fan of Neutrogena because of the harsh chemicals in their products, but I do use (and enjoy) the way as an exfoliant before I use a face mask. I would use it less than they recommend though. It's too much for more than 2 times a week. Also, make sure that you're using a face mask afterwards to re-moisturize your skin back up.

No it does not. It is actually very gentle on your skin. I have owned this product for a while now, and it is the opposite of rough.

No it doesn't, it's really soft and foam comes out (not much), it's supposed to smooth your face not make it rough!

No its actually soft. It just tingles a little bit.You can feel it cleaning your skin when you use it.

it doesn't hurt, but it vibrates in a kind of weird (but not bad) way. i liked it, but i have sensitive skin and it was making it too dry, so i stopped using it.

i'd recommend it if you don't have sensitive skin.
