I'm traveling to Atlanta from Midwest in February, what is the typical dress for business casual?
I am attending a conference in downtown Atlanta the first week in February. We usually dress business casual at these conferences but I've never been to Atlanta and am unsure of what "business casual" is in Atlanta. Also, what will the weather be?

Business casual usually equals slacks and a nice shirt. No cleavage. You can also go with a nice knee length black skirt and nice blouse.

As for the weather. Usually in the winter is when we get all of our rain...and February is pretty chilly.
