Wayne's World is definitely number one
but I did really enjoy Mary Katherine Gallagher in Superstar

Night at the Roxbury is pretty awesome. But I think Adam Sandler's characters that he incorporated into his movies from the characters he played on SNL are really hilarious. His "waterboy" was something he used to do on snl, but it was more like canteen boy. Little Nicky, was his character where he was a rocker/music reviewer.
