Pl. get place as required for which you can advertise in Dinamalar sunday paper in pondicherry for place requirement. After get the place you have to register with Municipality for Trade License, Register with Labour Department and Commercial Taxes Department and then you can start your business in pondy. As I am VAT Pratitioner in pondicherry I can help you in reasonable way except place.

i cant tell you abt the place but can assure that if ucome to my city, kolkata, you can get lots of things at very good rates....
