Anyone having problems with copyright issues in YouTube?

Is there any way to post videos without them removing it from YouTube??

I posted a video and then they removed it due to copyright issues...but I said in the description box **NO COPYRIGHT INTENDED...and I stated that I didn't own any of the videos used and what the song is...

So is there anything I can do?

You need the owners permission ,it's not difficult to do ,most owners will allow "fair use" if you give them the courtesy of asking and acknowledge them .

    That's not how copyright works.

You have to have written permission from the owner of the copyright before you can use the material.

Saying, "I don't own this" or anything similar does nothing. Yes, we already know you don't own it. And the original owner doesn't want you using it either.
