How long will it take?
My Xbox 360 broke, so I called tech support and gave him my address, then he said he would mail me something and I was supposed to mail my console to the return address. How long will that take to get to me?

A week to receive the empty box.
A week for them for receive the box back with your xbox in it.
A week for them to actually look at your xbox and either fix or replace it.
A week for you to receive the new/fixed xbox back.
Therefore, a month in total approximately. Sometimes you can get lucky and finish the process in 3 weeks, but usually 4-5 weeks.

All in all, the whole repair process took about 1.5 weeks for me. They rushed the system back just in time for Gears2 :D
I opted for the email, instead of the coffin (the free box sent to you), so that may effect the total amount of time you won't have your 360.
