Can you help figure out what is wrong with my dog?

She has stopped eating very much, is loosing weight, dry heaves a lot and has green very loose stools. We thought it might be worms so we gave her that treatment. She still runs around and acts ok. But she isn't. We had changed food and thought that might be it but we went back to her normal food and she still doesn't want it. Any idea's would be appreciated.

to be honest my dog had to be put to sleep about 5 months ago and she was sick about 6 months before that but we had to put her to sleep because she got sick from the dog food manufactured in china. it was purina supposedly great dog food SO JUST DONT GIVE UR DOG PURINA and bring her to the vet because its best to stop the problem before it can get worse

oh and go to one of those nutrition or really healthy stores and try giving her organic food that is much healthier and made completely in america

When did all of this start happening? Is she walking around like she's drunk? Is it possible she got into rat poison or antifreeze? The green stool is a sign of both but the dry heaves leads more to rat poison. Either way you need to take her to a vet ASAP.

Take her to the vet. There could be many things wrong with her and you shouldn't assume it is something (like worms) unless a vet tells you and gives you the right medicine. She could have eaten something poisonous and that needs a vet's attention. If you can't take her to the vet soon, feed her rice and chicken (do not use chicken broth, too much salt) and see if that helps her stomach a little.

It sounds like something serious and you should take a sample of her stool with you when you go and visit the vet. They have the opportunity to take blood samples and do other procedures that may be required. It sounds like a gastro-intestinal problem however and the fact that she isn't eating indicates that something is very wrong.

If your dog is not eating and losing weight, you must take her to the vet immediately. Not only does she risk dehydration, there are a myriad of problems that if not treated in a timely matter could kill her.

Please get her to the vet, she needs your help.

Well since you have no idea with is wrong with her, you shouldn't be treating her for anything. Take her to the vet and find out what is wrong with the dog so you can treat her with the proper medications.

Definitely go to a vet right away. But if there was a recent loss, like if you had another pet that just died, your dog might be mourning if it bonded. It's how my dogs are.
