I am the supervisor of 4 secretaries. A year ago I hired a secretary who had come for a supervisory position. In this last year she has done nothing but complain about everyone one here. She has buddied up with another secretary who has a wonderful history of quality work and working as a group. Since she has gotten in close with "Maria". Her performance has dropped, her quality has dropped, she spends alot of time whispering and giggling with Maria. When I call a meeting to inform them of new information, they complain about how the rules always change and make demands of what they need to do the job. Comments are made like.I was never told that.etc. Maria does not want to hear instruction from me and cuts me off short then goes and tries to turn the other sec against me. It makes for a very bad uneasy environment and I hate that this new sec has poisoned our group. Everyone was happy and got along great until she came. I want to talk to the other secretary who is also now acting like I am a monster and let her know what is going on. But I don't want to risk her telling Maria and Maria trying to take it to an ugly place. Should I try to talk to "Jackie" or let her kleep going down? Don't want to do anythign illegal and loose my job.

I can wear capri's to work and am on my feet all day so I bought some soft soled slipper type shoes. They are the cute ones with the strap across the top and no heel. My problem is that I can't figure out what socks to wear. I don't want to be a geek. I have to wear socks because my feet sweat. So, what socks could I wear with this type shoes and capri's. Thanks

She has stopped eating very much, is loosing weight, dry heaves a lot and has green very loose stools. We thought it might be worms so we gave her that treatment. She still runs around and acts ok. But she isn't. We had changed food and thought that might be it but we went back to her normal food and she still doesn't want it. Any idea's would be appreciated.

Why do some dress different than their gender. Like Ellen Degeneres. She dresses like a man but seems so confident in who she is. A woman. She takes on the male figurehead in her relationship with Portia. That just confuses me. I see a lot of wemon who dress masculine that are gay and some men who dress feminine who are gay. If they are ok with being gay, why do they dress this way. I don't understand any of it since I am straight.

I went over there a while and was able to really help some people. It felt good.

Normally she never meows and is very independant. But when we go to bed we can hear her meowing loudly and strangely. She drags our belongings into different places while meowing like that. My husbands glove or wallet off his desk will be in the hallway the next morning. lately she has been doing it while we are up watching tv. We will hear her and she will be moving one of my house shoes to the foyer. Things she has moved include beany babies, house shoes, gloves, plastic canvas items, watches, ink pens. It is really kind of bazzar. This is a daily occurance. Any idea's???
