Why are girls so into twilight?

i'm 19; i just finished reading the saga, and i loved it. it's the epitome of a love story, but it's non-traditional at the same time. i guess it's a combination of a girl wanting exactly what bella (the narrator) has with edward... a guy who is caring, physically perfect, and has no eyes for anyone else but her.

i was disappointed with the movie when i watched it but after i thought about the daunting task of having to convert a lengthy novel into a low-budget motion picture, i think they did alright. plus rob pattinson is sexy so it's hard to not like it even if it's just to see him.

I am 22 years old and even I am obsessed with the movie. I have also read all four books. Most girls do like either Edward or Jacob and that helps. For me I think Edward is hot. The other thing girls like about it is the story! Most girls now want the bad boy because they see how Edward and bella are and think that's how relationships will be. It's a nice escape from life reading the books or seeing the movie.

It depends, for those who have read the book Edward was perfectly described as a charming, romantic and flawless vampire. Every detail and everything he said was a great read. Then all of the sudden the movie comes out and the perfect vampire is on the big screen, that's when the readers go crazy.

For the ones who has just seen the movie, I guess it's because Rob Pattinson done a good job potraying the perfect vampire.

Because edward the character is so hot and amazing, that no guy can live up to this character that the author stephine meyer wrote. So the read and watch the movie over and over again! And imagin him to be real, and thats the only reason why girls like rob pattinson the guy who plays him in the movies, not for him, but b,c they think he is the character. Its kinds cute really. My best freind loves it! lol
