Beets - cooked - keeping?

Beets: After they are boiled, how many days can I keep them in the fridge before using up? I cooked some last week and now wondering if I should make them into soup or throw them out. Thanks !

I have had red beets in my refrigerator for 6 days already . If I knew I would not be using them I would recook them with vinegar , salt and water . Basically pickling them . Pickled they will stay in the refrigerator safely up to 3 months . Once pickled you could easily make harvard beets for dinner , nice side veggie .
