As an investor, would you utilize a service that exclusively leases your units out for you rather then the full property manager spectrum thereby charging you less then having a monthly property management fee? This service is offering to advertise your unit, take and return calls about the unit, show it to prospective tenants, conduct tenant screening, lease signings and move-in walk-thrus. The rest ie: maintenance requests and collecting rent would be left to the investor.

How much would you be willing to pay for this service if it your unit was leased with attention to detail, professionalism, and by someone with years of experience leasing residential units?
