Relationship between photons and magnetic field?

A magnetic field can redirect light, does that mean light can effect a magnetic field?

Update:

Isn't a laser using a magnetic field to direct photons?

Photons do not couple directly to other photons, so light doesn't couple much to external EM fields (or other light).

Therefore, to lowest (and next-to-lowest) order, light neither effects nor is effected by magnetic and electromagnetic fields.
