Machu Picchu question.?

I want to spend one day wandering around the city. DO YOU MEAN CUSCO OR MACHUPICCHU? THE ONLY CITY CLOSE TO MACHUPICCHU IS THE LITTLE TOWN OF AGUAS CALIENTES, NOTHING TO SEE THERE.

I have heard Sunday is a good day to go because all of the tour groups are at a market and it isn't as crowded. True? FALSE, EVEN WHEN SUNDAYS IS KIND OF A LAZY DAY, YOU'LL FIND THE CITY FULL OF TOURISTS (I AM TALKING OF CUSCO),

Also, I wanted to climb and hike some of the surrounding hills and stuff around the actual city (YOU MEAN MACHUPICCHU AS A CITY?), such as Huayna Picchu and Machu Picchu Mountain and the Temple of the Moon COOL. My question is, do I have to pay the park admission to climb these other paths and hills? Are they included in the park or not? YES YOU DO HAVE TO PAY FOR THIS. YES, THE GATE TO HUAYNAPICCHU, THE TEMPLE OF THE MOON AND WHAT YOU CALL MACHUPICCHU MOUNTAIN ARE ALL INSIDE THE TOURISTIC COMPLEX, YOU GET IN AFTER YOU PAY

I don't like tour groups and would rather do all this without guides.
