can you use bactroban in your nose if you are on oxygen?

    Yes. Some people are so paranoid about oxygen they think the little bit of vaseline in bactroban will start a fire somehow. just ridiculous.

    If you told people that you were going to put 20% oxygen in their tires they'd have a hissy fit. The air we breathe is 20% oxygen and 80% nitrogen.There are some rare gases but they're not impotant for this discussion. Goodyear has a sign saying that they will fill your tires with 100% nitrogen, giving you greater milage and such. You already put 80% in your ties. Do you really think 20% oxygen is going to effect your mileage?

    So anyway relax about the bactroban. Just don't smoke while usiong your O2.

    I'm not familiar with Bactroban but you can definitely ask your doctor or a pharmacist. You just need to be careful of ointments and stuff that are are oil based. With oxygen water-based stuff is the only safe way to go.
