Still file an appearance?
I got a summons for credit card debt. I have spoken with them, and we came to payment agreement. They are sending me a copy of the agreement for me to sign and send back to them. My question is, do I still have to file an appearance? Do I still have to go to the court hearing? Thanks for any help...never been in this situation before! And never will again!

If you have made an agreement and sign the papers you do not need to go to the hearing and they will probably file a motion with the court to dismiss after you sign.~
