Ok, so I uploaded a bunch of music from a friends computer to my ipod touch. The music was downloaded from Windows Media Player. When I go in to itunes, the music downloaded from my friends computer is not syncing to itunes. Is it supposed to? It appears the only way to delete anything from the ipod touch is to do it through itunes!?!?!?! What do I do? I have a hard time imaging that there is no way to delete music from the ipod touch. Thanks in advance to anyone that can help!

I got a summons for credit card debt. I have spoken with them, and we came to payment agreement. They are sending me a copy of the agreement for me to sign and send back to them. My question is, do I still have to file an appearance? Do I still have to go to the court hearing? Thanks for any help...never been in this situation before! And never will again!

I have tickets for the Ellen Degeneres show in October. I have made a reservation for a rental car, but I am just curious if there is any public transportation from LAX airport to Burbank (close enough to walk to WB Studios)? If the only public transportation is a cab, any idea how much that would cost? If not, is the drive pretty easy? I'm from Chicago so I'm used to driving in crazy traffic....but it's different when you know where you are going!!!!

I had a laptop crash, and I'm trying to get my backup files that are on my Norton 360. How do I do this? I have a desktop that also has the Norton 360 on it. I will be getting a new laptop in the next few days, so I want to download the backup files onto a disk, to put on my new computer. I appreciate everyones help!

Does anyone know how this insurance actually works? I got this insurance through my employer (haven't had insurance in a LONG time!!), and from what I'm reading...it sounds like you have to pay for services up front, and then they reimburse you?? Is this how it works, or am I mistaken? I'm so confused, and really want to go get a general cleaning and exam....but don't have the money to pay for it when I go!
