In my research I found that all these companies sells the same phone cards but JBphonecards.com sells them a bit cheaper.

It probably doesn't matter - there are so many. Ask for an nternational car d and say you want one for the Uk when you buy it. You shoul d be able to ge about 4 hours non-stop talking for abot $20.

You have to search for some rates. Just make sure you don't choose a phone card with crazy fees.
