Given that there are 3-4 reasonably good teams in the English Aviva Premiership, wouldn't it make sense to promote the top three to the Rabodirect Pro12 league and relegate the bottom 3 from the Pro12 to the Premiership? That way the English teams would get better quality of rugby, helping improve the club and player skills, and there would be more incentive for the lower clubs to not be relegated. With the improvement, the clubs then wouldn't feel frightened of the Heineken Cup and could participate in European Rugby at the level of the French, Irish, Welsh, Italian and Scottish clubs, instead of quitting as planned next year.

A friend is about to be scammed by the all-too-well-known military dating scam. It's a simple scam, where a soldier ostensibly in Afghanistan or Iraq starts chatting with some lonely, vulnerable woman and eventually asks for money to allow him to call her or something similar.

Unfortunately, she doesn't believe me when I say it's a scam, so I'm looking for official or other trustworthy web sites that explain that it really is. Does anyone have some links I can point her at?

I'm not worried about WiFi, but would like an integrated Gigabit switch with at least four LAN sockets. I also want PSTN connection, i.e. the ability to connect the telephone cable in (POTS), and the house phone out - a sort of integrated ATA so I can fallback to using the landline as well as using VoIP. It should also have QoS for the VoIP.

Other features I'd like are VPN/IPSec, Firewall, DoS protection, etc.
